There are 200 rivals in Street Supremacy. Since rivals can change teams during the course of the game, they are listed under their original teams.

Also, wanderers level 40 and above appears after 10 in game days have passed, this haven't been researched enough so take this with a grain of salt, who knows, maybe they appear when you achieve level 25 or something
