King Speed (known as Jintei in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3) is a reoccuring Boss in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series. He drives a custom blue Subaru Impreza called Emperor (GDBCuEM) - the first time in the series where he doesn't drive a Skyline GT-R. (Excluding the spin-off TXRD or Kaido Battle series, where he drives an early model Subaru Impreza, most notably in TXRD2 otherwise known as Kaido Battle : Touge no Densetsu where he drives a custom early model Subaru Impreza with custom graphics)
Information[]

King Speed's logo
Name: Motoya Iwasaki
Job: Unknown
Car: Emperor GDBCuEM
Profile: After climbing to the top, he disappeared just as quickly as he appeared. He then disappeared and later came back more powerful than ever. He tuned for power, and strengthened the body and suspension to handle it. He reads the movements of cars far ahead of him and uses that in a way that can only be called genius. He believes that speed is the only truth in this world.

Trivia[]
- At the very beginning of the game, he drives a blue Nissan Skyline Coupe 350GT (CPV35) with the same license plate as his Impreza (Tokyo, 374, Emperor), and was only referred to as "Iwasaki" in-game until the player beats Snake Eyes.
- His driver logo is apparently based on a Buddha-like insignia, as with the previous games.
- Just like in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, King Speed's car has blue electricity flowing around it during battles.
- Both King Speed and Snake Eyes are the only drivers in the game whose cars produce an electric aura whilst racing.
- King Speed's Impreza is, by far, the heaviest custom car in the game, even possibly the heaviest car ever in Tokyo Xtreme Racer's whole story, weighing in at a whopping 4000+ Lbs, likely as a developer insight. Because of its weight, the car has become unstable through corners.
- His Impreza also features the kanji of "迅帝" (jinsoku kotei), "lit. fast emperor" seen on the hood and rear bumper, as well as "壱撃離脱" (ichi deku ridatsu), "lit. break away" on the sides.
- For unknown reasons, perhaps the fact that both the Wangan Midnight video games for PlayStation and the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series are made by Genki, King Speed and White Charisma (in their Import Tuner Challenge cars), appeared in one of the games from Wangan Midnight (the PS3 edition) as guest characters.[1]
