Hamagaki's Pantera GTS
Kaido President (街道プレジデント) is the Emotional King (English: Drift King) in Kaido Battle/Tokyo Xtreme Racer Drift. Depending on the localization, he drives a black Acura NSX (NA2) with blue front wheels and silver rear wheels (Tokyo Xtreme Racer Drift) or a golden yellow De Tomaso Pantera GTS (Kaido Battle).

- Due to licensing issues, the De Tomaso Pantera was not included in the US version of Tokyo Xtreme Racer Drift. As a result, Kaido President's car was changed to an Acura NSX in the US version. The De Tomaso Pantera was featured in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, which would be the Pantera's only appearance in US TXR titles.
- His defeat would made him approach Motoya Iwasaki, AKA Speed King a few times later (possibly in 2005 considering the events), which would also trigger the events of Kaido Battle 3, the reformation of the 13 Devils, and the formation of the Kingdom Twelve.
- Hamagaki would later change his De Tomaso Pantera GTS/Acura NSX NA2 for the Honda Genki S2000, and would be a recurring boss (as a Tricker and Kingdom Twelve's leader)
