Exotic Eve's windshield decal
Exotic Eve is one of the 12 members of the Zodiac in Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero, which makes her one of the 27 bosses in the game (including wanderer #400). This game marks her last appearance so far in the main TXR series (excluding the spin-off TXR Drift series). She challenges the player with Purple Meteor and Queen's Knight after enough of the Stage 2 Yokohane teams are defeated. Her real name is Shelly Chen in the US release, while her real name in the JP release is Chinatsu Moriyama.
