Emperor Speed (also known as Speed King, Jintei, or King Speed) is a reoccuring rival in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series and is one of the 13 Devils. He drives a custom Subaru Impreza WRX STi (Special/Rival Car 323); this is the second time in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series where he drives an Impreza (Import Tuner Challenge).
