Dog Ears is a Wanderer in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series; his previous appearance was in Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero (as God Year). In Import Tuner Challenge, he drives a yellow Nissan Skyline 350GT Premium Coupe (CPV35) with a custom hood, custom body kit, custom side mirrors, custom rear spoiler, custom Recaro seats, and a roll cage.

Profile: He can tell just how tuned a car is from the sound of the engine. He can also tell what problems there are, and how to fix them. He doesn't have any problems with his own car. He doesn't have much technique, but uses his ability to only race cars he can beat. His muffler is quiet so he can hear the engine. Occasionally he'll get challenged by an opponent who looks faster, in which case he'll find an excuse not to race.
Rumor: He'll show up on the Kanjo Line when there's an NA car racing.

- In the Japanese version of the game, Dog Ears goes by the rival name God Year; as in Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero, the rival name was mistranslated in English versions of the game.
- His real name (Hajime Jinbo) was previously the real name of the Wanderer Shonan Affair in the Japanese versions of TXR titles. Shonan Affair's real name was changed to Shoichi Jinbo in Import Tuner Challenge.
