Crying Pluto is one of the 12 members of the Zodiac in Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero, which makes him one of the 27 bosses in the game (including wanderer #400). He makes a later appearance as a Tokyo boss in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. He challenges the player like Red Devil and No-Crown King after enough of the Stage 2 Wangan teams are defeated. His real name is Joe Williams in the US version, while it's Takashi Uchida in the JP version.
