I've been browsing this Fandom wiki for a while now and I've decided to start contributing. I mainly aim to reorganize the pages so that they have similar structure, add pictures, and add infoboxes. My background is in TXR3 so any pages I will add will be based on TXR3 knowledge but I try to include information about the other TXR games.
Right now I will be focusing on adding new pages for the different cars in the TXR3 games and I am updating different pages to include an infobox. I'm trying to make the car pages similar to the gran turismo fandom wiki so that it is easier to read.
Here are the new pages I've added so far just to give a sample:
- Nissan 240Z
- Daihatsu Move
Here is a page I've updated to include an infobox and pictures.
I found the profile pictures of Unknown from Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 somewhere online. Could anyone confirm whether they are true or just hoaxes?
So Since the Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 pages are mostly blank and unfinished, I'd ike to finish them. but I'd like to ask for help since 1. I don't know the the lore in-depth, and 2. I need to get screenshots in game. So I was wondering if I can get some help story and rival wise for the game is such. It will be greatly appriciated
So as the wiki currently stands, Every rival, team, and wanderer has a seperate page for each individual game they appear in. This causes clutter, a bunch of small pages, and overall confusion. I propose changing this, and merging these pages down to one page. For example, Rolling Guy (if all the pages exist) would have a total of SIX different pages! TXR1, 2, 3, Zero, ITC, and ZOC. Why not merge them all down to one page simply known as "Rolling Guy" that was divided into sections for each game? This appies to all teams, rivals, and wanderers. This would reduce clutter, make information easier to access, and would make editing easier.
Hey guys, I know some are not experienced looking at hex and all, but for my contributions to this Wikia I plan on adding a Hidden Things section in a particular area in the front page. You may have read the Hidden Things in Drift 2 on this page, well that was my first page. I just wanted to know if you want me to include such a thing in here since TXR is interesting when it comes to peaking inside the game code. Once I dig deeper it might have it's own section.
I'm maybe a experienced for Tokyo Xtreme Racer games, but people make mistakes don't they? What i'm trying to say is, if I made a mistake, a small one or a big one, just let me know okay?
I'm assuming you stumbled upon this account by accident or not, maybe you accidentally clicked on my profile from an article or something. Anyways, please do know i'm bad at a lot of things (even at racing games I've known for quite awhile) so please do let me know if I have made any mistakes on an article I typed or something, I try to serve the best I can. Thanks for stopping by to read my ramblings! I appreciate it!
Name the things you want me to help with.
Games I can help with are:Shutokou Battle|Tokyo Xtreme Racer (PAL),(NTSC),(JPN)
Shutokou Battle 2|Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 (PAL),(NTSC),(JPN)
Shutokou Battle ZERO|Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero (PAL),(NTSC),(JPN)
Shutokou Battle 01|Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 (NTSC),(JPN)
Kaidō Battle|Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Drift (NTSC),(JPN)
Kaidō Battle 2: Chain Reaction|Kaido Racer (PAL),(JPN)
Kaido Battle: Mountain Legend|Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Drift 2 (NTSC),(JPN)
Racing Battle: C1 Grand Prix (JPN)
Tokyo Xtreme Racer|Street Supremacy (NTSC),(JPN)
So when creating a page there are some saved templates for creating team pages in TXRZ. Two to be exact. 6-member and 7-member.
However, some teams have more or less than this ammount. these are:
SS Limited - 8 members.
Fine Drive - 8 members.
RINGS - 8 members.
Max Racing - 8 members.
Wind Stars - 8 members.
Free Way - 9 members.
True Ride - 8 members.
R.R. - 8 members.
Abflug SRT - 5 members.
Commander - 8 members.
Speed Master - 10 members. (holy cow)
Because of this, making pages for these teams is difficult, as simply adding an extra infobox doesn't flow with the page's formatting. I do not know how to or if i can create templates, but adding ones to fit these criteria would be useful. My question here is simply if somebody with more knowledge/po…
Hello users! I am putting the word out that many pages within the rivals sections do not have images of the rival cars yet. If anyone has high-quality images of the rivals' cars could you help add them to the respective rival page(s)?
I would like to add some images but I don't want to use the phone camera to take a picture of the television screen. I know that there is a way to take an image of a screenshot but don't know how to do that from the PS2.
There are some pages that have images for the rival cars; those can be used for reference regarding the angles/views of the cars if you are unsure what images to post. Each car should have the following images:
-A front view
-Side views (of both the left and right sides)
-A rear view
In the case of…
Not that I'll have time with huge amounts of physics homework every week, but apparently FlatOut fixed an audio, stereo balance issue with TXR Zero's OST in PCSX2's latest dev. builds. Maybe if I ever find time within the semester I can start uploading hi-res videos of various boss races! Time...
Finished off the TXR0 Zodiac rivals which you can see here if you'd like. I've been trying to update the article format as I went along, and the Midnight Rose page format is where I think I'm satisfied for now. If I have time I'll try to get the other Zodiac pages updated as well... especially Speed King and White Charisma.
I noticed that there is a page for Blood Hound (TXR:0) on the Tokyo Xtreme Racer Wiki but there is not a link to that page from the Rivals (TXR:0) page. For example, I had to access the Blood Hound (TXR:0) page from a link to the image of Blood Hound's car on Google Images. Is there a way to change the "Blood Hound" wording on the Rivals (TXR:0) page to where it links to the Blood Hound (TXR:0) page and pulls that page up when you click on it? I think this would be helpful for navigating the site.
