Biriken Club is a rival team in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. They can be found on the Kanjou Lower (Osaka) once entering Osaka. All of the team members worship Biriken, the god of good luck, hence the team's name.

A group that praises the god "Biriken" who declared "Good fortune will come your way if you rub the soles of your feet." They try to recreate the success story of Biriken, who at one time became lost but then revived to become an idol in Osaka. Before going to the Kanjousen, one and all worship Biriken first, and claim that this ritual has kept members accident-free.
